Amphoteric Polymer Thinner XY-27 for Drilling Fluid

General introduction

XY-27 is a water soluble low molecular weight acrylic copolymer with different branches bearing various anionic, nonionic and cationic groups on its acrylic main chain. Its commercial product is a white to yellowish free-flowing powder. XY-27 is commonly used as a thinner in most water base drilling fluid systems and mainly in amphoteric polymer system. It has the characteristics of being soluble in water, small common dosage, high temperature resistance, salinity resistance, and a very good compatibility with routinely used drilling fluid additives.

Method of application

Routine dosage is 0.1-0.5%, the specific dosage is up to condition under well.

This product should be stored in a cool, ventilated place to avoid the sun and rain.
